Objectives

The objects for which the Association is established are:

a) the promotion of conflict resolution for the public benefit;

b) the relief of sickness and the preservation of health among people residing permanently or temporarily in developing countries especially Uganda ;

c) the advancement of education of the general public in developing countries especially Uganda by the provision of such suitable training schemes/partnerships as the trustees shall from time to time determine;

d) the relief of poverty amongst people living or working in developing countries especially Uganda by the provision of such goods and services as the trustees shall determine.'

Our Vision:

To see children reclaim their childhood through education as they will be the pillars of society tomorrow.

Our Mission Statement:

FONU is a non partisan not-for-profit Organisation that works for peace and development by transforming violent conflict through dialogue, training, reconciliation and negotiation in order to promote peace and development.

Our Goal:

That the children may never again be terrorised.
